At The Baker Group, Inc., we pride ourselves on our team approach to event management. Our goal is to provide you with a team that is responsive, responsible, and reliable; a team that will lead all of the vendors, partners and staff involved in your event to “exceed your expectations”. Each event is led by a team of seasoned Event Producers & Designers and while each person’s area of expertise differs, all of our personnel have the experience and event knowledge to assist in any area.

In addition to your TBG executive staff, we have a strong team of strategic partners and other consultants who support all of our efforts from planning through execution of the event. Every member of our TBG team knows that “flawless execution” is key and they will work together to ensure that every detail is covered.

    Tammy of The Baker Group (TBG) and has over twenty-five years of event management experience. Before launching TBG, Tammy enjoyed over thirteen successful years with The Coca-Cola Company. While at The Coca-Cola Company, Tammy, as Western Region Marketing Manager, oversaw several high profile national events. These included the 1996 and 1998 Super Bowl, 1996 Olympic Torch Relay in Los Angeles and numerous regional and national sales meetings, sales rallies and tradeshows for the company.

    Pursuing her passion for entrepreneurship, Tammy resigned from her position at Coca-Cola to manage her first event under The Baker Group — The Inner City Economic Summit hosted by Operation HOPE, Inc. featuring special guest speaker the Honorable Al Gore, former Vice President of the United States. This high profile event gave Tammy an opportunity to fully launch her company and gain extraordinary experience in this competitive industry.

    Dickerson prides herself on professionalism, attention to detail and delivering a high level of customer service to each client. She has built her business on relationships and strives to develop long-term partnerships that meet and exceed expectations…every time.

    Tammy has guided TBG’s steady growth, attracting a varied roster of national clientele. She maintains close supervision of the agency’s accounts and acts as senior account executive on the firm’s larger projects.

    Judy leads her team in managing the execution of many of the company’s corporate, non-profit and trade association events and campaigns. She works with key clients to manage the overall operations of selected events including: venue selection, logistics, food and beverage, design of invitations, coordination of event vendors, transportation, budget management and audio visual production. With an extensive background in logistics management, Judy is a skilled event planner who is committed to ensuring that every detail is covered. She works to create an environment that leaves a memorable impression with each guest.

    Carlotta joined The Baker Group in 2007 with over 5 years of Event Management experience, two with Southwest Airlines as a Meeting Planner. Carlotta serves as a Registration and Production Manager for several of our key projects and utilizes her extensive background in registration, logistics and operations to oversee many of the firm’s major client events. As a lead TBG Manager, Carlotta is responsible for overall client relations and services directing our account teams to insure our clients’ needs are met. Highly organized and extremely focused on quality and outstanding service, Carlotta is an integral part of The Baker Group.

    Bonique has been a project manager for The Baker Group since its inception. She has more than 15 years of experience in event management and marketing consulting. Bonique works with our clients to help develop fresh concepts and to coordinate events from start to finish. Previously, Bonique spent time in marketing for high-tech companies. She led the PR and promotions efforts that enabled CarsDirect.com to become a leader in the space of Internet car buying. By developing guerrilla-marketing promotions, she increased sales leads by more than 20% for CarsDirect.com.

    Jill has been a highly organized Event Producer and Project Manager for over 14 years producing high-end wedding and social events, conferences, tradeshows and galas. Jill began her event planning career in 1987 working for several float builders for the Tournament of Roses Parade. Jill has proved to be a huge asset to the TBG team as a highly organized planner with a passion for logistics and operations. She leads TBG event teams in managing large scale conferences and trade shows and is a “wiz” when it comes to event production and crowd movement. Her meticulous attention to details and ability to transform any space into a masterpiece helps in creating unique events for the firm.

    DeLease brings over 20 years of Event Design experience and nearly 15 years experience as a graphic / production artist. She has won several awards for her graphic designs and creation of unique image and brand enhancing communications for clients. Her extensive knowledge of graphic arts and logistics allows DeLease to develop and execute customized materials and programs to meet the needs of our clients.

    Alexis brings over 7 years of registration and guest management experience to The Baker Group team. Utilizing technology and state of the art event software and processes, Alexis helps to maintain the TBG database and registration systems for the firm. From 50 guests to over 5,000 guests, TBG can manage your guest check-in process from start to finish. From your traditional RSVP card to an on-line registration and payment system, Alexis will make sure the complete administrative and front end guest experience is exceptional.

Eboni’s versatility and expertise in accounting, registration and vendor coordination enable her to manage many detailed accounts with great success. Her positive attitude, attention to detail and superb customer service has aided in the success of TBG’s client relations.
